Tim is a construction veteran. Growing up on a horse ranch taught him out of necessity how to build and fix things. As a commercial diver he learned how to stay calm, focus on details, and always show up prepared. Clients describe him as a “down-to-earth, straight-talker” who is ingenious at problem solving.

Nicole keeps the good ship Horizon running on an even keel. With a hand in almost every aspect of the business, from accounting to operations, she is meticulous in her attention to detail.

Dave is a project management pro with a carpentry background. He blends creativity, problem-solving, and expert construction knowledge to keep his crews working efficiently and his clients happy.

Randy is a great communicator who thrives on getting deeply involved in all aspects of his projects. A former site supervisor, he understands how to balance the goal of a design with the realities of the job site.

Liz wears many hats at Horizon: reception, office coordination, client communications. She is an ace at administration, and cares deeply about Horizon’s clients, staff, and partners.

Norbert has been in construction for over two decades. He enjoys working closely with his clients, project managers, and trades to complete challenging projects that meet deadlines while staying within budget constraints.

Mike runs a tight crew, ensuring all his trades get the support they need to succeed. He is adaptable and handles challenges in stride and gets involved with the project at all stages, from planning to construction and beyond.

Kyle is a site supervisor with an extensive carpentry background. With a keen eye for the details, Kyle loves being engaged in all aspects of Horizon’s business.
